- 170 gram coklat blok.
- 110 gram butter.
- 3 butir telur.
- 4 sdm gula pasir.
- 2 sdm tepung terigu.
- 1 sdt essence vanilla.
- 12 cup alumunium ukuran diameter 4 cm.
Langkah Memasak Chocolava
- Campurkan coklat blok dan butter lalu lelehkan dengan cara memanaskan wadah stainless diatas panci berisi air panas/mendidih.
- Campur telur, gula, dan essence vanilla lalu kocok sampai kuning muda. Lalu tambahkan tepung dan aduk hingga rata.
- Campurkan lelehan coklat dan butter kedalam adonan telur, gula, dan terigu lalu aduk hingga rata.
- Oleskan cup alumunium dengan butter lalu taburi dengan tepung.
- Masukkan adonan kedalam cup alumunium lalu oven hingga 10 menit.
- Angkat lalu hidangkan.
