Bahan Membuat Salted Egg Tofu

  1. 1 bks tofu.
  2. 5 batang buncis (optional).
  3. 1 bh telur asin mentah.
  4. 2 siung bawang putih.
  5. 1 bh cabe keriting.
  6. tepung bumbu kobe.
  7. kaldu jamur.
  8. air.
  9. minyak.

Langkah Memasak Salted Egg Tofu

  1. Potong potong tofu dan buncis.kebetulan saya punya stok buncis dikit,jd sekalian diabisin aja di menu ini.
  2. Balut tofu dengan tepung bumbu..
  3. Panaskan minyak,lalu goreng tofu,sampai berwarna keemasan.angkat dan sisihkan.
  4. Lakukan hal yang sama pada buncis,goreng sampai berkulit,kemudian sisihkan.
  5. Tumis bawang bawang putih dan cabe yang sudah diiris sampai harum,kemudian tambahkan sedikit air,lalu telor asin yang sudah dihancurkan. aduk aduk sampai terampur rata..
  6. Masukkan kaldu jamur,cek rasa,kalau belum asin boleh tam bah sedikit garam.terakhir masukan tofu dan buncis..
  7. Aduk rata,matikan api. angkat dan sajikan.
