Bahan Membuat Crunchy oat cookies

  1. 100 gram Tepung Terigu.
  2. 100 gram Mentega.
  3. 50 gram quacker oat.
  4. 60 gram Gula Halus.
  5. 2 butir Telur Ayam.
  6. 1 sdt Baking Powder.
  7. Secukupnya garam.
  8. Secukupnya chocochips.

Langkah Memasak Crunchy oat cookies

  1. Campur tepung terigu + oats + baking powder + garam, aduk rata. Sisihkan..
  2. Mixer gula halus + mentega + telur hingga tercampur rata aja, lalu masukkan bahan kering tadi..
  3. Jika sudah tercampur rata, masukkan chocochips lalu aduk hingga bercampur semua..
  4. Panaskan oven [aku: oven tangkring].
  5. Olesi tipis loyang dengan mentega atau alasi dengan kertas roti..
  6. Ambil adonan dengan menggunakan sendok, pipihkan dengan garpu lalu tata diloyang..
  7. Panggang cookies hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan..
  8. Masukkan kedalam toples kedap udara dan Sajikan..
