- 1 Adonanan.
- 140 gr terigu.

- 400 ml air dingin.
Langkah Memasak Red velvet cake
- Siapkan bahan terdahulu.
- Adonan 1 : campurkan terigu, baking powder, baking soda,vanili dan coklat bubuk aduk rata.
- Adonan 2 : campurkan telur, gula halus, margarin cair dan susu cair aduk rata.
- Kemudian tambahkan dulu pewarna lalu campurkan adonan tepung tadi dengan adonan ke dua,serta aduk rata kembali.
- Msukkan adonan keloyang yang sudah d beri mentega terlebih dahulu loyangnya atau bisa juga pkai kertas roti dan mentega biar nggak lengket.kukus hingga menjadi 3 lapis.
- Buat buttercream frostingnya campurkan mentega putih, creamcheese, susu kental,gula halus dan vanili bubuk mixer hingga merata.
- Kemudian buat untuk olesan luarnya ambil wadah lalu masukkan wippy bubuk dan air sedikit demi sedikit lalu mixer hingga rata.
- Di setiap lapis kuenya oles buttercream lalu olesan luarnya dengan wippy cream hingga rata.
- Kemudian hiasi sesuai selera.
