  2. Ulek bawang putih dan jahe, masukan ayam telur dan tepung yg di racik sedikit saja, aduk2 semua,tambahkan garam dan lada,simpan di lemari es kurang lebih 1 jam.
  3. Kemudian celupkan ayam ke tepung racikan, siapkan wajan untuk menggoreng, kasih minyak setelah panas masukan ayam, goreng dengan api sedang sampai kering keemasan angkat dan siap di sajikan.
