Bahan Membuat Chicken Karaage
- 500 gr Fillet paha ayam.
- 1 butir Telur.
- 7 sdm Tepung Maizena.
- 2 siung Bawang Putih.
- 1 ruas Jahe.
- 2 sdm Kecap Asin.
- 1 sdt air perasan Jeruk Nipis.
- 1/2 sdt Lada putih Bubuk.
- 1 sdt penyedap rasa ayam.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Karaage
- Siapkan Fillet ayam, potong sesuai selera kemudian cuci bersih.
- Lumuri ayam dengan parutan bawang putih, parutan jahe, kecap asin,lada,penyedap rasa dan jeruk nipis. Merinasi selama +/- 60 menit.
- Setelah selesai di merinasi, masukkan telur. Aduk rata. Lalu masukkan tepung. Aduk lagi hingga benar2 seluruh ayam terlumuri tepung.
- Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam dengan api sedang hingga setengah matang, angkat tiriskan.
- Setelah dingin. Goreng kembali ayam, sampai kuning keemasan. Angkat dan sajikan.
