- 1/2 sdt garam (me sea salt).
- 1/2 sdt perasa jamur totole.
- 1/2 sdt lada putih bubuk.
- Minyak untuk menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Karaage
- Potongan2 ayam diberi bawang putih cincang,garam,totole n lada..aduk2,diamkan 15 mnt.
- Taburkan tepung kobe sampai menutupi seluruh permukaan ayam..aduk2 lagi,dan taburkan lagi sampai si ayam sudah berbalur tepung dan tidak basah...
- Panaskan minyak goreng,dan masukkan adonan ayam..goreng sampai kecoklatan..tiriskan dr minyak...siap santap....
