Bahan Membuat Chicken Karaage

  1. 500 gr fillet dada Ayam.
  2. 4 sdm tepung topioka.
  3. 4 sdm tepung SerBaguna (saya Pake kobe).
  4. Bahan merinade.
  5. 1 ruas jahe parut.
  6. 2 siung bawang putih parut.
  7. 1 sdm kecap asin Jepang (saya pakai kikkoman).
  8. 1 sdm minyak mijen.
  9. 1 sdm saos tiram.

Langkah Memasak Chicken Karaage

  1. Potong2 ayam fillet lalu masukan ke dalam saos merinade, rendam kurleb 1 jam.
  2. Campur tepung topioka dan serbaguna dalam satu wadah, lalu masukan ayam yg sudah di marinasi, balut tepung, masukan kembali ke saos rendaman biarkan ayam bertepung agak basah lalu masukan kembali ke tepung kering tekan2 agar menempel sempurna.
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu goreng sampai matang kecoklatan... Chicken karaage siap dihidangkan.
