Bahan Membuat HokkaIdo stew super gampang and yummy 💕 (white curry)
- 300 gr ayam filet (bag dada) (potong kotak2).
- 2 siung siung bawang putih (cincang halus).
- 1 siung bawang bombay (iris tipis).
- 1/3 wortel (potong kotak2).
- 1/3 brokoli (ambil atas nya potong2).
- 1 buah kentang kupas kulit rendam di air potong kotak2.
- 1/2 bungkus jamur enoki/ shimeji (buang akar pisah pisahkan).
- 20 gr butter.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- Secukupnya lada.
- 1 sdm saus tiram.
- 3 SDM tepung terigu.
- Secukupnya nasi putih/roti tawar.
- ⭐️bahan bumbu.
- 3 SDM jus anggur 100%.
- 1 sdm air lemon.
- 100 cc air.
- 400 cc Susu cair.
- 3 sdt kaldu bubuk.
- 1 lembar daun salam (Ak ga pake).
- Sedikit pala bubuk.

- Potong2 sayuran dan daging.
- Panaskan butter dalam Teflon /panci dg api kecil masukan bawang putih masak hingga wangi, masukan bawang bombay masak hingga wangi..
- Masukan wortel dan kentang masak dg api sedang, hingga layu lalu masukan daging ayam masak hingga kematangan..
- Masukan tepung terigu aduk rata..
- Masukan bahan bumbu⭐️aduk rata.tutup masakan selama 10 menit dg api kecil..
- Masukan garam lada, saus tiram aduk aduk lalu masukan brokoli (api kecil sambil di aduk)masak hingga brokoli layu..
- Siap di sajikan dg nasi hangat.
