Bahan Membuat Japanese chicken curry
- 1 bh wortel.
- 1/2 bh jagung yg sudah disisir.
- 1/4 ptg ayam fillet.
- 1 sdm maizena.
- 1 sdm mentega.
- 250 ml air.
- Bumbu halus.
- 1 sdm ketumbar.
- 1 sdm blackpapper.
- 3 siung bawang merah.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 1 cm jahe.
- 2 cm kunyit.
Langkah Memasak Japanese chicken curry
- Haluskan semua bumbu halus.
- Tumis bumbu halus dengan sedikit minyak dan mentega.
- Masukkan ayam yang sudah dipotong dadu. Masak hingga setengah matang.
- Masukkan wortel yg sudah dipotong dadu dan jagung. Tumis.
- Tambahkan air dan beri garam dan gula secukupnya. Masak hingga matang.
- Larutkan maizena dengan sedikit air. Tuang ke dalam tumisan. Masak sebentar hingga terlarut sempurna dan mengental.
