- 1 sdt jinten.

- Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi. Selagi menunggu tumisan, goreng kentang hingga sedikit kering.
- Jika tumisan sudah harum masukan wortel, tumis wortel hingga sedikit layu. Lalu masukan telor puyuh dan kentang..
- Setelah itu masukan semua bahan kecuali meizena, aduk2 hingga mendidih lalu cek rasa.
- Larutkan meizena dengan sedikit air lalu campurkan dalam masakan, aduk aduk hingga menjadi sedikit mengental.
