Bahan Membuat Japanese chicken curry
- 300 gr daging ayam.
- 2 bh kentang, potong dadu.
- 1 bh wortel, potong dadu.
- 1 btg seledri, cincang.
- 1/2 bh bawang Bombay kecil, cincang.
- Garam.
- Merica.
- Gula.
- Kecap manis.
- Tepung terigu dicampur air sebagai pengental masakan.
- Bumbu halus.
- 4 sg bawang putih.
- 5 sg bawang merah.
- 1/2 sdt ketumbar.
- 2 bh cabe merah (karna sekalian buat bayiku 👶) jangan pedes2.
- Pala bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Japanese chicken curry
- Haluskan bumbu. Tumis sampai wangi bersama bawang Bombay.
- Masukkan ayam, aduk hingga bumbu rata dan ayam berubah warna.
- Masukkan air secukupnya, kemudian wortel dan kentang. Masak hingga semua matang..
- Masukkan garam, merica, gula dan kecap. Koreksi rasa.
- Tambahkan larutan pengental secukupnya.
- Tambahkan seledri.
