Langkah Memasak Japanese Curry
- Haluskan bumbu,lalu tumis hingga wangi.
- Masukan dada ayam aduk hingga tercampur rata,tambahkan bawang bombay aduk kembali.
- Tambahkan air,lalu masukan potongan wortel dan kentang.aduk hingga mendidih dan bahan matang.
- Masukan bumbu kaldu,garam himalaya,gula,kecap manis.koreksi rasa.
- Masukan Maizena yang sudah dikasih air lalu aduk hingga mengental.
