  1. 245 gr ayam fillet yg sdh di cincang / 1/2 dada ayam fillet.
  2. 1 kotak tahu. Potong dadu kecil.
  3. 2 batang daun bawang potong halus.
  4. 3 sdm Minyak wijen.
  5. 3 siung bawang putih cincang.
  6. 1 ruas jahe cingcang.
  7. 1 sdm saus tiram.
  8. 1 sdm saus sambal.
  9. 1 sdm kecap manis.
  10. 1 sdm kecap asin.
  11. 2 sdm arak putih/arak masak.
  12. 100 cc air bersih.
  13. 1/2 sdm tepung maezena cairkan dng sedikit air.

Langkah Memasak 🍀Mapo tofu🍀

Siapkan wajan beri 2 sdm Minyak wijen masukkn jahe dan bawang putih tumis sampai harum masukkn daging ayam aduk rata masukkn saus tiram, saus sambal, kecap manis, kecap asin, masukkn arak masak, aduk2 rata masukkn air bersih, tahu, aduk rata tunggu meletup2 tambahkan lada bubuk, daun bawang aduk rata, incip2 rasa. Klo dah pas masukkn tepung maezena yg sdh di cairkan dng air. Aduk rata tambahkan 1 sdm Minyak wijen lagi, matikkn api angkat dan taruh di piring saji..
