- 1 sdt maizena (larutkan dg sdkit air).
- 2 Batang daun bawang.
- Bahan saus:.
- 2 sdm saos sambal.
- 1 sdm saos tomat.
- 1 sdm saos tiram.
- 1/2 sdm kecap asin.
- 1 sachet boncabe level 30.
- secukupnya Kaldu jamur.
- secukupnya Lada.
Langkah Memasak Mapo tofu
- Panaskan margarin.. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum..masukkan daging..aduk rata..Masak sampai berubah warna..
- Masukkan tahu.. tuangi air..biarkan mendidih.. lalu tuangi saus.. masak hingga mendidih dan kuah menyusut.. bumbu kaldu jamur dan boncabe(koreksi rasa).
- Jika sdh pas.. kentalkan kuah dg larutan maizena.. sesuai selera saja kekentalannya.
