Bahan Membuat Mapo Tahu

  1. 5 buah tahu kecil @50gr.
  2. 200 gr ayam cincang.
  3. 1 ruas jahe, cincang (saya skip).
  4. 80 ml air.
  5. 3 sdm minyak goreng utk mnumis.
  6. 1 sdm maizena, larutkan dg sdkit air.
  7. 1 batang daun bawang potong2 utk taburan.
  8. Bumbu :.
  9. 3 siung bawang putih, geprek, cincang.
  10. 2 sdm saos cabe.
  11. 1 sdm saos tiram.
  12. 1 sdm minyak wijen (sy skip).
  13. 1 sdm minyak cabai (sy skip).
  14. 1 sdm kecap asin.
  15. Secukupnya lada bubuk.
  16. Secukupnya gula garam penyedap.

Langkah Memasak Mapo Tahu

  1. Tumis bwg putih dg sdkit minyak sampe harum.
  2. Masukkan ayam cincang ato ayam giling, aduk rata sampe berubah warna.
  3. Tuang saos cabe dan saos tiram, aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan tahu putih.
  5. Tuang air,dan bumbu2 lain.. Terakhir masukkan laruran maizena, aduk2 sampe matang dan mletup letup.
