Bahan Membuat Mapo Tahu
- 5 buah tahu kecil @50gr.
- 200 gr ayam cincang.
- 1 ruas jahe, cincang (saya skip).
- 80 ml air.
- 3 sdm minyak goreng utk mnumis.
- 1 sdm maizena, larutkan dg sdkit air.
- 1 batang daun bawang potong2 utk taburan.
- Bumbu :.
- 3 siung bawang putih, geprek, cincang.
- 2 sdm saos cabe.
- 1 sdm saos tiram.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen (sy skip).
- 1 sdm minyak cabai (sy skip).
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- Secukupnya lada bubuk.
- Secukupnya gula garam penyedap.
Langkah Memasak Mapo Tahu
- Tumis bwg putih dg sdkit minyak sampe harum.
- Masukkan ayam cincang ato ayam giling, aduk rata sampe berubah warna.
- Tuang saos cabe dan saos tiram, aduk rata.
- Masukkan tahu putih.
- Tuang air,dan bumbu2 lain.. Terakhir masukkan laruran maizena, aduk2 sampe matang dan mletup letup.
