  1. Bumbui daging ayam cincang dg : gula,garam,merica,sedikit minyak goreng,kecap asin,kecap manis,sedikit tepung maizena,tunggu hingga meresap.
  2. Geprek bawang putih+jahe.
  3. Tumis bawang putih+ jahe,masukan tomat,daging ayam cincang,kasih sedikit air,tumis2 tunggu ayamnya matang,tambahkan tahu,,, tes rasa kalau kurang asin tambahkan garam,,,tunggu sampai tahunya matang.
