Langkah Memasak Mapo tofu

  1. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum, masukan chili oil & cabe bubuk tumis sebentar.
  2. Masukan daging sapi aduk2 sampai matang lalu masukan air kaldu, lalu masukan tahu, minyak wijen, kecap asin, saus sambal, garam, gula & sebagian daun bawang (sisakan untuk garnish).
  3. Diamkan 10-15 menit dengan api sedang, lalu masukan larutan maizena & terakhir garnish dengan daun bawang sisa.
