- Daging di marinasi dgn kecap manis dan kecap inggris..didiemkan 1 jam di kulkas.
- Tumis bawang putih jahe tomat..sampe wamgi.
- Masukin dgg yg di marinasi smp matang.
- Masukin tahu trus jamur.
- Tambajkan air.koreksi rasa....
- Stlh matang..masukin minyak wijen dan daun ketumbar.
