Langkah Memasak Mapo tahu

  1. Daging di marinasi dgn kecap manis dan kecap inggris..didiemkan 1 jam di kulkas.
  2. Tumis bawang putih jahe tomat..sampe wamgi.
  3. Masukin dgg yg di marinasi smp matang.
  4. Masukin tahu trus jamur.
  5. Tambajkan air.koreksi rasa....
  6. Stlh matang..masukin minyak wijen dan daun ketumbar.
