Bahan Membuat Mpasi 1y+ mapo tofu
- 3 sdm daging sapi cincang.
- 1 egg tofu potong dadu.
- 2 siung bawang putih cincang halus.
- 1 ruas jahe geprek(boleh iris korek).
- Secukupnya daun bawang iris tipis.
- 200 ml kaldu (sy: air putih biasa).
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 1 sdm bubuk kaldu jamur.
- 1 sdm minyak kanola + 1 sdt minyak wijen.
- 1 sdm tepung maezena larutkan dgn 2 sdm air.
Langkah Memasak Mpasi 1y+ mapo tofu
- Panaskan minyak kanola+ minyak wijen tumis daging smp berubah warna.
- Lalu masukan bawang putih dan jahe aduk smp harum lalu masukan Kecap manis aduk sebentar smp kecap meresao ke daging lalu masukan air putih biasa.masak dgn api kecil selama 20 mnt agar kaldunya keluar. Klo airnya berkurang boleh tambah air ya. Krn anak sy suka kuah dan klo mamam hrs banjir2 gt jd sy tambahin lg airnya.
- Setelah 20 mnt beri kaldu jamur cek rasa bila sdh ok masukan daun bawang masak sebentar lalu masukan larutan tepung maezena tggu agak mengental angkat siap disajikan dgn nasi hanget2.
