Mac and cheese is just one of those staple recipes we all grew up eating.
This version skips a powder and instead uses real shredded cheddar I'll admit, sometimes this simple mac and cheese recipe gets served by itself when I'm short on time.
I kind of feel like mac and cheese is the savory equivalent to chocolate chip cookies when it comes to people's Very Strong Food Opinions.
Bahan Membuat Mac and Cheese Simple
- 100 gr macaroni.
- 1 pcs sosis (sy pke sosis cham ayam).
- 120 ml susu cair.
- 50 gr keju parut.
- 50 gr keju mozarella (untuk toping).
- 1 sdm margarine.
- 1 butir bawang putih (bs pke bawang bombai).
- Sejumput garam.
- Sejumput mrica.
- Sejumput tepung terigu.
Langkah Memasak Mac and Cheese Simple
- Rebus maconi sampai empuk jangan sampai benyek tambahkan sejumput garam wkt merebus macaroni setelah matang sisih kan.
- Panaskan wajan masukan margarine untk menumis bawang (bawangnya di geprek lalu di cincang) tumis sampai layu dan harum kemudian masukan tepung sdkt langsung diaduk kemudian masukan susu dan keju aduk2 sampe mendidih dan mengental.
- Setelah itu masukan adonan kedalam wadah macaroni bersama dg sosis (sosisnya dipotong dadu kecil2) kemudian aduk2.
- Siapkan aluminum foil dsni macaroni 100 gr pas bgt jd 5 wadah alumunium foil.. setelah itu taburi atasnya dg keju mozarella dan panggang dg suhu 175 derajat api atas bwah selama 30menit.
