Bahan Membuat Mac & Cheese

  1. 1 siung bawang putih (geprek cincang kasar).
  2. 2 helai daging asap / smoked beef (me: ganti kornet+sosis).
  3. 20 gr mentega (untuk menumis).
  4. 300 ml air.
  5. 100 gr makaroni elbow.
  6. 150 ml susu cair.
  7. 25 gr keju cheddar parut.
  8. 25 gr keju bubuk (boleh ganti dgn cheddar).
  9. 1-2 sdt kaldu bubuk.
  10. 50 gr mozarella (boleh ganti dgn cheddar).

Langkah Memasak Mac & Cheese

  1. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Tambahkan air.
  2. Masukkan makaroni, rebus kurleb 8mnt hingga air menyusut & makaroni mpuk.
  3. Tambahkan susu, kornet& sosis,kaldu bubuk aduk rata. Tes rasa.
  4. Masukkan parutan keju, aduk rata.
  5. Biarkan sedikit menyusut, matikan api. Angkat sajikan selagi hangat..
